IDENTITY CARD FOR A FOREIGNER (RNE)
Document issued by  the Federal Police for foreigners who have the status of permanent residents in Brazil.

Document issued for foreigners who have a temporary visa and a labor agreement, or on the basis of international treaties, also for foreigners who have permanent visa.

It is issued by  the State Transit Department on the basis of the foreign driver´s license.

CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION
The document that proves the existence of the foreigner´s registration at the Federal Police.

CONSULAR CERTIFICATE
A statement, issued by the consulate, which shows the personal data of the foreigner who requested it.

LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS AT CONSULATES
For purposes of submission to foreign governments or entities.

TRANSCRIPTIONS OF BIRTH AND MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES
Formalities required from Brazilian citizens and sons or daughters of Brazilian citizens who have been born or got married abroad and are coming back to stay in Brazil.

For purposes of submission to foreign governments or entities.
